This amazing piano comes to us from a loving home with little to no playing time. This Seiler model 180 from 1999, a true German gem, made by the company when production was still in Germany under the original family. Similar models today start at $145,000.00 from the company for a true German instrument.
The piano has been gone through a top to bottom inspection and tune-up and has the following features:
- Original Renner action fully regulated and Abel hammers voiced with no wear on the hammers.
- Stunning Case
- Matching Adjustable bench
- Beautifully tight tuning pins that make this piano a gem to tune
- Flawless German plastic keytops
- Slow fall fallboard system
- Handsomely appointed plate decorations.
This piano does show signs of rust on the strings from living in a costal environment. We do offer a complete restringing with purchase for an additional $5,000.00. It should be noted that this piano has a beautiful clear rich tone with a singing treble and has no tuning issues. The piano shows no issue with these strings currently and they are stable in tuning.
We offer a few upgrades that are available upon purchase: A new PianoDisc ProdigyII player system - +$10,000.00
This piano comes with delivery and 3 in-home tunings included in the price. Additionally, those who upgrade to include the PianoDisc system will get an additional in-home regulation at the end of the first year.
