Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are available on select products. We are unable to issue refunds on new and used pianos after they have been delivered. Damage that occurs during the delivery window will be repaired at no charge to the customer by out restoration shop.

Viscount digital organs and pianos are able to be refunded within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original boxes and packaging material. Returns must be in new condition. Returns that show abuse or unusual wear may be refused or subjected to a restocking fee.

If the product is defective during the warranty window, MSW Pianos will work with you and the manufacturer to correct the problem, or replace it.
